You will meet with your trainer at your scheduled time and go through your program with your trainer there to teach, support, and encourage you the whole time.

Each session usually involves a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility and mobility work, designed for your abilities and fitness level. Each session is 45 minutes in length. 

how does payment work?

Payment is due weekly by e-transfer. 

do you also offer nutrition services?

No. While nutrition is a huge part of your wellness journey, I am not qualified to offer you specific nutritional advice or design meal plans.

I can however give you suggestions for healthy eating, share recipes, and provide support as you navigate healthy eating.

if I buy more sessions up front, will it be cheaper?

what if I cannot make a scheduled session?

If you cannot make a scheduled session, please notify your trainer at least 24 hours ahead of time. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged for your session in full.

If you are ill or have other extenuating circumstances, please let your trainer know as early as possible to avoid being charged for the session. Whether you will be charged is up to the discretion of your trainer at the time. 

Either way, we will reschedule the missed session for another day that week to ensure you stay consistent with your workouts! :)

what does a typical session involve?

can my friend/ partner join in my session?

Absolutely! If you have a friend or partner who wants to join your session with you, please let your trainer know ahead of time so they can fill out the appropriate paperwork.

If your friend or partner wants to regularly join in on your session, your trainer will adjust programming accordingly. The fee for two people in the same session time does not change.

what if I have never worked out before?

No problem! Everyone is welcome.

Your trainer will design your program according to your abilities and goals, and will support you no matter what your fitness level is or how much experience you have.

do I need to have lots of equipment or a lot of space to work out ?

Nope! A few dumbbells or resistance bands will do to start off! If you do not have any equipment I can bring a few things for your sessions if I am coming to your house. 

I will also guide you in purchasing any equipment that may be beneficial for your progress as you go along.
